All parts including the Archive DVDs must be successfully installed and you must become a successful installation message. If you still have the same a problem, reinstall EPC5 again. You want to be at your peak power levels when goig uphill so you spend the least amount of time with the engine lugging. What hurts the engine, well not hurts, but puts more stress is lugging it up the grade. In a manual autobox you can do the same and shift to a lower gear. The Archive disk are not installing under installation (do not asks for them) its called a manual transmission, just go lower. Open your center console and on the front end is where the sd card is located. It should be asleep when the green light on onstar goes out. Still got the same issue, service SBS_GMEPC_STONEBRIDGE wont start. Shut your truck off, open and close drivers door, and then let the truck go to sleep.
